What free registry error scan tool do you recommend?

Something that can work for Windows vista would be great…thanks for any input!

    Ccleaner all the way. Not only does it clean up your hard drive but it will clean your registry as well.

    Personally, I think registry cleaners cause more problems than they solve. But if your going to get something to help your PC out, go with Advanced System Care Free. It does a lot more than just clean your registry, and seems to work on a lot of people’s computers without any problems. I highly recommend the program if you are going to mess with the registry.

    When you say ‘free’ registry error scan, I presume you mean the initial scan offered by most popular registry cleaners.

    I have Windows Vista and have used Perfect Optimizer with it ever since I upgraded from XP.

    It’s worked fantastically, maintaining a clean, debris-free registry on my PC. In fact, Optimizer comes out on top in most registry cleaner reviews too.
